Documents Required for Admission :

Students should bring the following documents in original along with duly attested photocopies for verification at the time of admission :

    1. Original Mark sheet of H.S.C., two xerox copies of Mark sheet and one xerox copy of Leaving Certificate (LC) for F.Y. admission.
    2. Original Mark sheet of First Year along with one xerox copy for S.Y. admission.
    3. Original Mark sheet of First Year & Second Year along with one xerox copy each for T.Y. admission.
    4. For new admission at S.Y. / T.Y.— NOC with enrolment details to be produced from the previous college.
    5. One recent Passport size photography taken with light coloured dress for all classes.

  1. Caste Certificates (if applicable)
  2. Documentary evidence regarding special category status
  3. Eligibility Certificate (students coming from other than Maharashtra Board and Maharashtra Technical Board)
  4. Physically handicapped candidates should produce the relevant certificate from competent authority.

In case the original mark sheet of H.S.C. has been submitted for admission to any college, a certificate to that effect, signed by the Principal of the College must be produced.

At the first year B. A., level students have to offer Six papers of 100 marks each ( Total 600 marks ). The college offers the following subjects :

  1. Compulsory Papers :
    1. Foundation Course
    2. English (Communication Skills)
    3. Hindi
  2. Ancillary Group - Social Science : (three subjects)
    1. Economics Paper I : Foundation of Economic Theory.
    2. Sociology Paper I : Basic Sociological Concept & Social Institution.
    3. Psychology Paper I : General Psychology

      OR


    4. Commerce Paper I : Introduction to Commerce & Business Organisation.

      At the S. Y. Level, students have to opt the same ancillary subjects they opted at the first year. At the T. Y. level, students can specialize in any one of the ancillary Subjects they opted for at the F. Y. & S. Y. levels.

Note : Commerce Ancillary will be allowed, if the minimum required number of students are available as per University rules.

S. Y. B. A.

Students have to offer 8 papers of 100 marks (Total 800 marks). The College offers the following subjects :-

  1. Foundation Course Paper - II : Science & Scientific Method, The Dynamics of Science & Technology.
  2. Any one of the following Applied Component subjects (one paper)
    1. Book-keeping & Accountancy.
    2. Investment Analysis
    3. Health Psychology.
  3. Three Ancillary Subjects (Two papers of 100 marks in each subject)
    1. Economics
      Paper II : Macroeconomics
      Paper III : Indian Economy
    2. Sociology
      Paper II : Contemporary Issues of Indian Society
      Paper III : Introduction to Social Theory
    3. Psychology
      Paper II : Social Psychology
      Paper III : Developmental Psychology

      OR

    4. Commerce
      Paper II : Business Management
      Paper III : Principles & Practice of Marketing

    The Number of seats for each of the applied, component subject is fixed. If there are more applications for a particular subject then it will be granted on the basis of merit. The subject will be offered only if the minimum Number of students is available as per University Rules.

At T. Y. B. A., the students have to offer six papers of 100 marks each (total 600 marks) from any one of the following groups :

N.B. Choice of the group is subject to the availability of minimum number of students in the group as prescribed by the University and on merit. At the T.Y.B.A. Level for the Applied Component group (Paper VI & IX) the students have to work on a project, which is a part of each paper. The main paper will carry 80 marks and the project Report will carry 20 marks in order to pass in each paper i.e. Paper VI & IX, a student must secure a minimum of 16 marks out of 80 in theory and minimum of 7 marks out of 20 in the project work separately and a total of 35 marks out of 100.

The students are required to submit their project report on or before 31st January of the academic year.
