MICROBIOLOGY and BIOTECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT :-

The Microbiology Dept. offers under-graduate and post-graduate programs in Microbiology. The intake number at first year is 60, second year 40 and third year 35 for the undergraduate program. The intake number for M.Sc (by papers) is 10 (7 university seats and 3 college seats) and M.Sc (by research) is 5. Semester pattern of examination is followed upto S.Y.B.Sc. At the T.Y.B.Sc level, we offer 6 units of Microbiology, with Biotechnology as the applied component.

The Biotechnology department offers under-graduate programme in Biotechnology having and intake number of 35 at each year.
