He has been actively involved in Talent Nurture Program in the college and Indian Physics Olympiad training program. Awarded UGC research grant for the project on "Computational study of material properties" for 2006-2007. Has designed & executed 'Supplementary Programme for Capacity Physics. Served on NCERT review and editing committee for revising class XI & XII Physics textbooks in the year 2006 - 07.
